Terms

These terms apply when you browse stllhaus.co or place an order with STLL HAUS (“we”, “our”, or “us”), a matcha and coffee bar in Bell Block, New Plymouth.

Placing an order means you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The menu shows what we can make. Items, sizes, and prices can change, including when a drink or snack is sold out or off this week’s menu. An item in your cart is not reserved until we accept the order.

Online ordering follows our opening hours. When we are closed, the site may allow a pre-order for a time at or after we reopen. We can pause online orders, including while we are at a market.

We accept an order when we can make it and, for a bank transfer, when we can match your payment. We may decline or cancel an order if we are closed, an item is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, or payment has not come through.

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and are shown before you place the order. The total at checkout is the amount for that order, plus any delivery fee that applies.

You can pay by:

• Bank transfer, with a photo of the payment uploaded at checkout.
• Cash or EFTPOS when you pick up or receive the order.

Please use your name as the bank-transfer reference. Paywave may include a surcharge, which we will confirm when you pick up or receive the order. We do not take card numbers on this website.

Pickup orders are collected from STLL HAUS at 7 Bandon Grove, Bell Block, New Plymouth, at the time you choose.

Drinks are made for that time. If you are running late, contact us and we will do what we can. We may not be able to hold a made drink in the same condition if collection is much later than the time you chose.

Delivery is available once your cart has at least four items. You choose the area that matches your address:

• Around Bell Block: free.
• Waitara and the New Plymouth CBD: $4.
• Further from the CBD, such as Westown or Taranaki Base Hospital: $6.

Outside those areas, please choose pickup. If the address does not match the area you selected, we may contact you to adjust the fee or change the order to pickup.

Please give a complete address and any delivery notes we need to find you.

To change or cancel an order, email admin@stllhaus.co as soon as you can. Once we have started making it, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

If we cancel an order, or we cannot fulfil it, we will refund what you have paid. If an order is wrong or not of acceptable quality, contact us and we will put it right, which may include a remake or a refund.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Our drinks and food can contain common allergens, including milk, and are prepared in a small shared kitchen. We cannot promise that an order is free from a particular allergen.

If you have an allergy, contact us before you order and add a clear note at checkout. We will tell you what we can about ingredients, and we may decline an order if we cannot make it safely.

Market dates on the website are our current plan. Times and locations can change. Last minute updates are posted on our Instagram. An online order is for pickup or delivery as described at checkout, not for collection at a market stall unless we say so.

You may use stllhaus.co to read about STLL HAUS and to place a genuine order. Please do not misuse the site, interfere with it, or place an order you do not intend to pay for or collect.

Text, photos, and the menu on this website belong to STLL HAUS unless we say otherwise. Please do not copy them for your own commercial use without our permission.

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms when ordering, delivery, or our legal obligations change. The date above will change when we do. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
